Meet Our Staff
Natalie Hempy, M.D.
Tally is a board certified physician who received her medical education from the University of Iowa. She joined the Mercy Medical Staff in 2001 with special referral interest in pediatrics and womens health.
Lisa Johnson, M.D.
Lisa received her medical degree from the University of Iowa, and attended residency in the Quad Cities. She joined the Mercy Medical Staff in 2004, and has a special referral interest in family centered health care.
Sarah von Harz, M.D.
Sarah attended medical school at the University of Iowa after receiving her Bachelors of Arts in Behavioral Neuroscience from Yale University. She became board certified in Family Medicine in 2005. She enjoys sports medicine, children and adolescent medicine and especially preventative medicine. While not at work, Sarah loves to spend time with her three growing and active kids, teaching exercise classes and enjoys participating in obstacle course races.
Neha J. Jackson, DNP, FNP
Neha is a board certified nurse practitioner who received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree through the University of Iowa. Prior to pursuing her advanced practice nursing education, she was a Registered Nurse (RN) for more than seven years with an emphasis on critical care. Neha is originally from Chicago, Illinois and spent a majority of her life there. She relocated to Iowa approximately six years ago and has settled with her family more recently in Marion, Iowa. On her days off, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her 22-month old daughter. She is excited to join our practice.
Ashley Evans, ARNP
Ashley is a board certified nurse practitioner, who obtained her Masters Degree of Nursing (MSN) through Allen College. She has worked as a Registered Nurse (RN) for over 7 years specializing in emergency medicine and critical care. While not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors with her two dogs.
